If your looking for cheap protein try supplement centre, I get matrix products off there and when you work it out per serving it's actually very cheap.Total debt TBC0

myprotein.com - whey concentrate protein is very cheap, and a good source of protein.
Go for unflavoured its cheaper then use milkshake powder if needed.
If your bulking, throw some oats in your shake too and some extra virgin olive oil for the extra cals, there good fats.0 -

Do shedloads of bodyweight exercises.

bodybuilding.com it is a supplement site which reviews and sells probably over a thousand products for reasonable prices, all rated and feedback. But it branches out into profiles, diaries, as well as having professional tips and interviews, best way to build muscle is to actually go to the gym and smash the weights, protein shakes etc will aid in recovery/ some gain but not as much as eating, sleeping and working out properly will.
If you go to the gym 5 x a week for an hour a week, thats 5 hours out your WHOLE week. what do you think you eat & sleep? you should focus more on these as they are a bigger part of your lifestyle.0 -
discount supplements, groupon do deals aswel0

myprotein.com and the unflavoured whey protein 5kg is top value for money.
I don't think any other supplement site beats them on that product. Also it tastes like milk when blended with water so taste is fine.
Other than that, eat lots of eggs, things like cottage cheese etc are also good sources of protein for value of money.
But above all, all this advice is useless if you aren't serious about fitness. You will waste money if you aren't into committing yourself to fitness.0 -
