Default Showing On Equifax?

So I've just got my free statutory credit report from Equifax & there is an entry on there that I'd like some advice about...

It is showing as a bank default for Fairmille Ltd LLP (long story but I know that Fairmille are not trading any longer). I had an enquiry regarding this debt from Rockwell DCA on behalf of Fairmille in August 2009 but, not knowing what it was regarding, was advised from people on here to send the prove it letter, which I did & have heard nothing regarding it since (and from what I know it would've been from pre-2003 so would have been statute barred anyway - see my other thread for more info).

So on checking my credit report I see that this has been recorded as a bank default but the entries on it don't make any sense.

It states the following:

Terms as 0 @ £0 (monthly)
Status as "Transaction not received this month"
Current Balance as the amount Rockwell contacted me for in 2009
Credit Limit as £0
Start Balance as £0
Default/Delinquent Balance as £0
Start Date blank
Date Last Delinquent blank
Default Date blank
Date Updated 28/11/2010
Date Satisfied blank

So my questions are:

1. Can anyone explain all of this (ie the dates being blank & the date updated being in 2010 even though I haven't heard from anyone regarding this since 2009)
2. What can I do about it (if anything)
3. When is it going to be removed from this report? Is it 6 years from the last update (which is showing as 2010) even though I haven't had any contact regarding it in nearly 11 years?

So give Equifax a call & explain everything going back to the original enquiry from Rockwell that was never followed up? Would it be best to do this via phone I assume?
