NOT ONE of them warned me I could not petition my own bankruptcy until my IVA had been terminated. Today was a waste of time.
Maybe they all presumed that, being in an IVA, you were fully conversant with the rules governing IVAs? Maybe your IVA company should, or would, have made you aware, right from the start?
With regards to BAnkruptcy?
The only 'pro' of allowing another party to petition one's bankruptcy is, one doesn't have to pay the fees!!
The rest of the process is dealt with in a similar manner.No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0
