Dubious Dropped Kerb PCN, HELP

Hi Folks
Would appreciate some help regarding an appeal against a PCN issued against my vehicle by my lovely council in Ealing. The contravention 27, Parked in a special enforcement area adjacent to a footway, cycle track or verge lowered to meet the level of the carriageway
On a school run my vehicle was parked in between two driveways with a lowered kerb. I made sure that vehicle was parked evenly between the two so to not block the driveways. There are no specific signs for enforcement in this street , however I believe one of the residents rang the council and requested a traffic warden to attend.
Looking at angles of photo taken by traffic warden, I would say that they are dubious and exact location of transition kerb in relation to vehicle is not clear.
Do I have any ground for appeal?
Street view location (maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=w5+1lz&ll=51.527266,-0.317&spn=0.001952,0.005284&hnear=London+W5+1LZ,+United+Kingdom&gl=uk&t=m&z=18&layer=c&cbll=51.527139,-0.316956&panoid=OklVKKaYASZDD2Mqxxpyew&cbp=12,230.42,,0,13.67)
Thanks in advance

Yes you certainly have grounds for appeal - this is NOT in contravention because you were not adjacent to the flat part of the driveways' kerbstones. CEOs issue these dodgy PCNs in London ALL the time! The penultimate picture is a particularly misleading angle for the CEO to use, and he/she has taken no pics at a right angle at all.
Show your photos in a new thread on pepipoo here BUT PLEASE ADD THE BACK OF THE PCN!!!!!!!

They WILL help you win this in the end (most PCNs are not cancelled on first appeal as Councils dangle the carrot of the stupid discount bribe first). Keep the faith, you'd win at formal appeal stage (Notice to Owner) or at adjudication, as you were not in front of the flat kerb - there isn't even any overlap.
An angled sloping kerbstone does not count as dropped kerb. This is a cynical scam that pepipoo have seen lots of times before but they need the BACK of the PCN (yes I know, it's standard blurb...oh no it's not!).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
