    I'm confused and very much upset. After £69 been taken from my account by Merrywood Loans I thought that was it. I wrote to them asking for a refund only to find out yet again today Merrywood Loans have taken another £14.99. What's going on I don't want there business so why are they still taking money from my account. Need some advice because I am very much upset, how do I deal with this, what sort of people are they

    You need to WRITE to them, NOT e-mail.
