Maybe i was just lucky but i would suggest others try too if theirs show on the sale page but then out of stock.
I love an online chat facility and i hadn't used theirs before, will def recommend :j Weird thing is you can see them but they can't see you..
I used their chat this afternoon too & they were very helpful. Checked stock for me and offered alternative products as what I was originally after was oos. Ended up buying some converse from the ebay schuh shop as they had a different design which isn't on the main site. P+P charges on that, but still worked out a good bargain. May well pop in one of their shops this weekend to see if they have anything I fancy in the sale instore too.
Thanks very much, kevbev321!

New shoes! Not had new shoes for a while as every time I find what I want at a decent price the shoes are sold out! Took tips from the others here and acquired a new pair after finding them out of stock online because I was able to speak to an online adviser who found the shoes I wanted in another store- just hope they fit but delivery is free so I've not lost anything if they don't.
Couldn't get any Quidco though as I went via the online assistant but otherwise everything was very easy to sort.0 -
