What do they mean?

basically a rafflecopter is a way of hosting comps - each one has a certain number of entries which can be earned by completing tasks such as commenting on blogs, tweeting , following etc.

where it gets complicated is that some have mandatory tasks before you can unlock the rest of the entries which is why you see things like rafflecopter TW needed.

Some but not all also have the option of completing tasks (usually tweeting daily)

I like RCs - I've won a few things with them. They aren't popular with everyone on here, but actually incredibly easy to use, once you know how and you've signed up via email or FB to log you into them automatically.
