credit agreement set up with wrong value.

Recently I had solar installed on my property, I was quoted £4650 for a 12 panel system, on the day of installation the fitters determined only 6 panels could be installed, this was relayed to their office and after a short wait their CEO called me and quoted me £3000 for a smaller system, I agreed on this and the installation went without a hitch.
When the first payment came out I noticed the value was greater than was discussed, I promptly registered and logged in to the credit company website and discovered the agreement was set up with the original £4650 not the revised £3000.
I contacted the solar firm and was told the manager was out of the office and I would be called back as soon as he returned. This was a week ago and I am yet to hear anything, I have attempted to email the CEO directly but my emails return as spam blocked, I have however been successful with sending one to their general enquiries address.
What are my options and where do I stand with this mistake, should I contact the credit company who is handling the loan?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hopefully you have not signed a credit agreement for the higher amount!0

That's where the problem lies, the original agreement was sorted before the installation date and the revised figure was arranged verbally on the day.0

Hindsight and all, but I would have postponed the installation until I had a new agreement. Do you have any witnesses to the new agreement? Anything in writing?0 -
I have an email from their CEO with the updated solar generation details that does have the revised system cost on it, that is all I have tho.0
