Hi
I have a t mobile debt that was handed to we to. I've set up an arrangement of £50 a month to clear the debt. I get monthly statements from t mobile telling me how much I've got left to pay and this is quite a bit different from the original total from we to. I know Wescot add charges on. Do I have to pay these charges or can I just cancel my direct debit when my statement from t mobile tells me it's been paid in full?
Thanks

Once you think you have paid off the debt I would write to westcott and either state that you understand from tmobile the debt is fully paid and so have cancelled your payments or ask them to provide you with a statement showing a full transaction breakdown.
At that point if they think you still owe them anything you can look to see why and ask advice on here as to whether any charges are allowed.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Or dont pay them until they send you a statement showing starting balance, payments, charges.
While you pay, they have no incentive to provide it.
State one received and confirm its correct, you will resume payments.:beer:0
