Its not a payday loan issue though is it?

One of those crappy companies that offer to find you a loan for a fee. But can be less that black and white about what they are offering.

Seems like you gave several of these companies your debit card details.

Although they maybe slimey in their business practices, I doubt they will pass your card details onto other companies. Too much to lose on that front.

If you have genuinely not given your card details out to more than one company then report it as fraud. Get a crime number and tell the bank you insist they look into it and give you your money back.
Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...

  • surely no company can sell on your details and then they just take money without consent i agree the first company has the power to but others surely this is a fraud matter, i would definatley open a new account and have all payments going in there and leave the other account until you get your refunds

The site or broker first signed up to could have in the t&c's the details will be passed but won't know for sure until we know what the site was.

the point of posting was to try to make sure other people dont fall victim.

Nice idea, but there are many, many desperate and yes, daft, people that will happily give their bank details without fully reading the T&C's on the website. Then they come on here and tell us all about it. In fact, there are three other threads about exactly the same thing on the front page!
