Hi there - we're heading over to Hafan y mor and looking for inspiration on things to do, days out etc.
Any recommendations? Ideally something that a 3 year old won't get too bored doing
TIA

If you've never to Hafan-y-Mor the first thing that will strike is how big the site is. It will take a couple of days to explore it's own right. It's also right on the coast so there are a few beaches within walking distance - although they tend to disappear when the tide comes in.
The Llyn Peninsula is well known for it's beaches. Try to visit Porth Oer a.k.a. Whistling Sands and Abersoch. Black Rock Sands is also popular but I'm not keen due to the traffic (cars are allowed onto the beach itself).
Near to Hafan-y-Mor you could visit The Rabbit Farm in Llanystumdwy, Criccieth Castle, Morannedd Cafe in Criccieth (which has an indoor kids play area) and Pwllheli Funland.
Slightly further afield you've got Portmeirion Village, the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways, Glasfryn Park , Greenwood Forest Park, Caernarfon Castle and The Fun Centre in Caernarfon.
Further afield again you could try a day out to Llandudno and Conwy, a day on Anglesey or a trip to Llanberis and Betws-y-Coed.
Also have a browse of these websites for more ideas -
Visit Snowdonia
North Wales Tourism
Visit Wales
Finally as this is MSE you could try Ten Top Attractions which offers vouchers and discounts. It doesn't look like the site has been updated for 2014/15 and the discounts aren't that great but if you find a tourist information leaflet you should find a printed leaflet (assuming they're still trading). The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water
And I look like a tramp and tramps like us

If you travel just up the coast to Llanbedrog......the beach is beautiful & since it now belongs to the NT they have restored the original wooden beach huts
You could walk up the headland but i don't think the 3yr old would be too impressed :rotfl:Autism Mum Survival Kit: Duct tape, Polyfilla, WD40, Batteries (lots of),various chargers, vats of coffee, bacon & wine.0
