filling out forms with new job offer?

Am about to fill out my bankruptcy forms, i had got advice from the citizens advice in northern ireland, as i suspected i was going to lose my job, which i did, so am unemployed and was going to drop in the forms, but have just be made a offer of a new job (which i great, but am still going ahead with the bankruptcy as it was a stuggle to pay even in the previous job)
Do I have to put the new employers details down, its just i don't want them seeing i have been made bankrupt and potentially them retracting the offer, or letting me go in the first month?
