01. Attend at least one gym class per week.
No classes on saturdays

Don't think I've drunk a litre, but I've drunk quite a bit. Been so thirsty today. Also spent a lot of the day emptying my bladder as a result.
03. Weight 9st/57kg
Food hasn't gone brilliantly today. Nothing ridiculously unhealthy, just eaten a bit too much. Still not used to the routine on weekends yet with the second job. With breakfast at 5, I'm ready for lunch by 10, then tea by about 4. But then I'm still needing something about 8 =/

Yep. A litre of tropical flavoured water today. Definitely easier to drink flavoured water than just regular water
03. Weight 9st/57kg
Not brilliant on food again today, but the scales said 65.7kg this morning
Getting there slowly
04. No biscuits, cake or jam for rest of April
Gave in to jam today. Been a long day and needed a pick me up so just had 2 strawberry pop tarts.

06. Go to WW once every 4 weeks (day before payday) to keep on track.

Yep. Although I don't know if I am going to be able to continue it this week. Whether to just pause and carry on next week =/ I've got a 50 hour working week ahead of me (well, 42 hour, did 8 hours today) across both jobs. And both jobs are physical jobs as they're both retail. I don't know whether I'm going to be able to manage to complete two running sessions and being on my feet for so long. Worried I'll burn out. But then it's only 2 half hour sessions. I'm already gonna miss out on my gym class and the alternative gym class this week, so should do something. So torn =(

This is quite a big commitment for me - I find it hard finding time to sit and watch a film. I usually get distracted. A 90 minute film can often take me 4 hours to watch.

Doesn't look like this is going to happen this week either

Today has been a complete write off.
Started off ok... finished my book.
Then went downhill from there.
*Weight 66.7kg on the scales.
*Didn't go running due to fear of overdoing it this week
*Went to work where everyone and everything did my nut in
*Didn't earn any extra money as postponed today's overtime til Friday
*Which ruined the well meaning, but disappointing anyway, not going running today due to fear of burning out
*Only walked 8800 steps (also due to not going running)
*Bought donuts, hot cross buns, trifle and sweets and binged on them (so scales are gonna be worse tomorrow) (and also busted my £10 allowance)
*Didn't go to Zumba because I'd already cancelled with my friend due to thinking I was working and instead stayed in and felt sorry for myself all afternoon.
Should've gone and bought some new books and notebooks and really finished the day off.
Tomorrow's a new day.
Gonna go scoff some more golden grahams.
If I've ruined the day food wise, might as well not bother starting now.
I'll start again in the morning

Been a little bit slack for the past week.
I had a long and busy week at both jobs (51 hours combined) so didn't have much chance to catch up on here.
This week, a bit more chilled.
Got back into C25k yesterday, completing week 2, day 3 and did week 3 day 1 this morning.
I'm enjoying this running mlarkey and it doesn't cost me a penny.
I need to focus on more NSDs as I've been spending all over the place (boyfriend had family down over the easter weekend, so we spent a lot of time eating and playing cards). However my weight was 66.7kg even after all the scoffing yesterday (66.4kg this morning), so I'm happy it's kinda stabilised.
Yesterday I did manage a NSD though, and looking to having another one today.
I also think I've set myself too many goals to keep up with.
So... another rethink.
These ones I will be aiming for a certain amount each week/month
C25k
10000 steps
Shift at job 1
Shift at job 2
NSD
Between today (23/4/14) and the end of the month (30/4/14) inclusive, I will be aiming for...
5 days of C25k
6 days of 10000 steps
7 days of shifts at job 1
2 days of shifts at job 2
4 days of NSDs
out of a total of 8 days.
Fingers crossed.
And these I will be tallying up current amounts
