CCS voice text

In the last week we have had a couple of voice txt's on our Home phone from CCS . Sounds like Asking for a Mr Weasel?? quoting a ref 1 million ****. Our surname starts with a W but is nothing like the name they are using. They ask to ring them back on a 0870 number. Also it is very difficult to understand the message voice. Are these people for real?? Surely a normal debt collecting company would write or at least ring using a human being;)
