Nil Assessment. What can I do?

Waited for two years for an answer from the CSA only to be told they have done a nil assessment because the NRP cannot be traced. I have provided details of his place of work and where he is SUPPOSED to be living.

Was going to give up on this but I have just checked my finances and things are not looking good at all.

get a job and stop scrounging off nrp. why you think he has gone missing? becos CSA take to much money and put you in debt so a big respect goes out to your man.:T

So Master you think it is okay for parents to just run off and leave their kids behind? What about those of us who DO actually work for a living? Are we supposed to let them off too? Many of us were actually MARRIED to them and were working during the marriage too.

Oh my good god!! Have only just returned to this thread as I have been WORKING!!

Master99, I HAVE A JOB!!! and have not claimed benefits in years. I have worked all hours god sends to provide for my children paying for everything by myself including mortgage, council tax, school dinners, clothing etc.

I would not even want any money from the NRP (as he is one of those narrow minded idiots that think that I would spend the money on myself).

Help with clothing, school uniform, school dinners maybe??? Not much to ask considering I do not get any help towards these AS I AM WORKING.

The father of my son will not pay a penny or see his child out of sheer spite towards me. He no longer has any control over me and no longer scares the living daylights out of me so he has to take control in his own devious way and that is to avoid seeing or providing for the son he and I planned to bring into the world.

I found out after splitting with him that he also had three other children with two previous relationships and has never ever paid a penny towards them either.

Do you see a pattern here by any chance?????? :mad:

Master99 you ought to get your facts right before posting such insulting words!

To everyone else I have to say that I am utterly astounded at master99. WOULD NOT SURPRISE ME IF HE IS MY SONS NRP.
