i have a catalogue debt littlewoods /very i have been paying RMA resolve since they bought the debt from littlewoods about 16 months ago

Today i get a call on my landline from them wanting me to give them details of my finacial affiars ..income and expenditure over the phone right there and then.....i told them they should not have my landline details ..and it was not a conveinent time to be going over figures i did not have to hand ... and my income/ benefits ( on carers as i look after my dad ) was still the same .. and therefore payment will be the same to them ... although probably my outgoings are a bit higher due to food heating etc being up

They claim by law i have to give them these details ( which i know is untrue ) i am on a DMP through CAB

RMA said are going to phone back at 1pm on m mobile as that was the 2nd number they had ( just noticed they had also called this twice in the morning prior to phoning the house number )

anyone else had hassle from this company ?

Who is phoning back? Are CAB still dealing with this on your behalf?

Can you also say when you first took out those catalogue accounts?

No it isnt the law. Tell them to shove their impertinent questions. You are under no such obligation. Your only requirement is to fairly distribute what you have (not what they say you should have) to your various creditors. Nothing says you have to jump through their hoops.

So were CAB acting on your behalf for writing letters and making offers? If they are RMA should not be bypassing them by hassling you.

When did you take out the accounts? If before Ap 2007 CCA them.
