Hi I had been paying a ccj for the last six years because the six years was up it was sold to to a debt colltion agency. I am still paying for it through an aoe order at £1 a month! The balance being £5500! I was just after a bit of advice if I should offer the company some money to close the account or just leave it as it is? I only have £450 that id be able to offer I know it isnt alot but If I carry on it will take me 37 years to pay that amount back monthly. Thanks in advance for any help and advice x

Call stepchange (the debt charity) or arrange an appointment with citizens advice. If you really can't afford to ever repay this debt then they can take you through your options.
R.Smile , it makes people wonder what you have been up to.0
