It really depends on how old these debts are and their types. The council tax CCJ will never be statute barred, so, that is a priority but you are already addresing it. The rest are probably unsecured which means that once six years is up and there has been no acknowledgement (in writing) and no payment from the date of first action, then they are statute barred and no-longer enforceable via court. It doesnt mean you dont owe the money - you always will, it just means that they cannot use any heavy handed tactics to get it out of you.
The real question is, what does your credit report say and what is on it? If there are none of these outstanding debts showing, then there is a very good chance that they are no longer enforceable. If that is the case, simply get on with your life as though they didnt exist.Debt Free! Long road, but we did it

Don't be scared. You're in the right place - nobody will judge you here. We're all in the same boat, in one way or another... all just dealing with a financial mess we'd rather not be in! But by coming here and trying to talk about it you're taking a first big important step. It IS scary, but once you've faced it and accepted it, and begin to deal with it and see the numbers being slowly chipped away - believe me, it feels so much better! x0

I hope OP takes the time to read some of the other threads on here to see how useful it can be to share their situation. They can be as anonymous as they like here - equally, if they call a debt advice charity they won't be obliged to give personal details.
