Where can you get an iphone 4 screen replaced, how long does it take and how much does it cost?

Best place I've found for repairing them is here: http://www.kjdcs.com/iphone.html
Repaired my iPad 2 for me and didn't charge for an iPhone 4 that was beyond repair.

I have recommended this place before - I've had two samsungs fixed there (but no iphones, I must confess!) however they are iphone specialists as the the name suggests http://www.iphonebits.co.uk/ - based in a house in glengormley so you can drop the phone off and pick it up if you prefer.0

I recently had my son's ipod screen replaced at CLR computers on the castlereagh road. Very happy with the service. They have a website if you search on google.0

I have recently used https://www.iphixni.com or find them on facebook under iPhixNI
I left my daughters phone in to get fixed, called in a few hours later and he had it ready - £30 and this offer is currently running for an iphone 4. He done a great job and when I collected the phone he pointed out that there was a 'dead pixel' and he didn't have the parts at hand to fix this. To be honest, I didn't even notice but he knocked £5 off the bill, charged me £25 and told me if I wasn't happy to come back and he would sort it when he had the parts in, so a totally honest, genuine guy. Check out his fb page for offers. Hope this helpsIf my post helps you, please click the 'thanks' button. :T0 -
A friend said a friend of theirs purchased a screen from ebay and fitted it themselves and it works perfectly. I looked ebay and some of the listings state "without LCD display screen", how do you know if you need a lcd display screen?0

Am I correct that an LCD display screen is the touch screen, therefore since the phones screen is cracked that this part would not be needed because the phone still works?0 -
The LCD screen is the part you need, since that's what cracked.
Unless you REALLY know what you're doing, don't attempt it yourself. An iPhone 4 screen replacement is not an easy thing to do, plus you'll need the specific tools to be able to do it.0 -

Hang on - was this a screen repair you left it in for?
A dead pixel could only normally be fixed by replacing the screen with another one.0
