After PPI Claim

Is it possible to back claim on the employment protection or legal fees covered in PPI that I had in place if i have successfully won a mis sold claim or where they paid out for a missold PPI claim as a gesture of good will? Not sure if I can back claim anyway but it has been suggested that if i had this insurance with PPI at the time I paid solicitor fees for winning a case of unfair dismissal, I can claim against this for the out of pocket fees. Any ideas ?
