I received a full sized product today with a note saying sorry to hear you didn't receive the sample. I did receive the sample and didn't contact them saying I hadn't received it so i'm a little confused.

I haven't completed the survey they referred to with the sample which I may or may not have got around to completing once I tried the product (not used the sample yet) but I can't imagine not having completing the survey yet means they think I hadn't received the sample as there must be loads of people who don't complete the survey.

It must just be a mistake, not that i'm complaining! Anyone else get this?

Yes, I got this today too, I never contacted them, did receive the sample and have even completed the survey, don't know what is going on!

It was a nice surprise though:)
