    There is also that delicious one from delia with waitrose.... stewed rhubarb, thick cream and topped with sugar and put under the grill i think!

    i copied one from here i think
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup milk
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt mix all put into a 9x9 inch greased tin then put 2 cups fruit, tinned, fresh or frozen
    40 mins at 180o

    they added some mincemeat to the apple, i havent tried it yet myself

    I did manage to find one and it said 1 cup of sugar, milk and SR flour.

    It's been in at 180 now for an hour and 20 mins, however it's a glass casserole dish, so I don't know whether that's made any difference.

    Hope it tastes nice.

  • I'm afraid I can't be bothered with cup measuring :p so tonight I've made this, using some sad-looking nectarines. We'll be having it later with some YS clotted cream :T
