I would pay the 6k off the loan, and then I would pay the £227 and some of the £270 you are putting in savings, say £150, if you put it into a snowball calc it should tell you how quickly you can pay it off, it will be less than 22 months

Interest rates on savings still arent worth it atm, it would def be better for you to pay the loan off as quick as possible and its great that you have saved 6k so you are onto a good start xx

Assuming there's no penalty for overpaying, pay the £6,640 you have saved, off the loan now.

That leaves £6,158-52.

At your current rate of £222-67, it will take you a further 32 months to clear it, at a cost of £937 in interest.

However, if you paid an extra £270 per month from now, you would have the loan cleared in 14 months, for just £363 in interest.
