Anyone have one of these? Are they any good? Any good points/bad points to consider?

    Been watching Ideal World? :rotfl:

Be interested in any answers as my wife keeps looking at these to supplement her jogging, 30 day shred, rowing regime.

    Yeah lol :)

Could not sleep last night and stopped on that channel, I used to use them years ago in the gym and they were great but just wondered if anyone had "real" experience in home use ones.......

I googled it earlier but never really found much to be honest, and reviews on their website could be "selected".

I think it might be ok, its on a 14 day money back guarantee. Hardest part will be setting it up I think :)

Just wondered if anyone already has one to compare notes.....

I have the original Vibrapower (so just the base) which I bought about 2 years ago. Unfortunately I've found that the vibration aggravates an old knee ligament problem that I have, so I gave up using it. I did feel as though my leg muscles were tighter though, but I could get the same results from jogging (which doesn't cost anything!).

It's quite a weird sensation using it too, I felt as though my fillings were going to fall out.

Bought one couple of years ago for my Wife, she had to stop using it on her Doctors advice as it aggravated trapped nerve in her spine, she now requires twice yearly steroid injections and blames the vibrating plate.

Took the plunge and bought one, seems good. Been using it a few weeks now and can notice a bit of a difference round the waist area :)
