I had the same but just left the page open for 10 minutes came back refreshed and it went through

I have tried waiting, and also refreshing first, but I still get 'We are currently processing your last submission, please try again in 5 minutes'

It has just worked for me on my first attempt.

It think it does work on the first attempt, but I got the captcha wrong. Now I get the message stated above.
