job application question: job circumstances?

Hello I'm hoping someone can advise me on this.
A relative of mine is completing an application form for a job as a child care assistant, and has come across a heading 'job circumstances', with space to add a description. Normally I would have said this is to do with whether she is currently employed, availability to start, notice to give etc however all of these questions have been asked and answers early on in the form, ie work history references availability. This particular question is the last one in a section where you describe different aspects of yourself: work experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge, equality, personal qualities and job circs.
She has understood and answered all of the others, but it's just this last one that's confusing. As I said above, what we would normally class as job circumstances has been answered in the standard questions at the beginning of the application.
The only answer I could find elsewhere on the internet is that it's a 'poorly worded question' lol.
Any help appreciated.
