Is Virgin Media a debt when applying for a mortgage

If you have a contract with virgin media for 24 month, when you apply for a mortgage and they ask if you have any credit cards, phone contracts etc, do you have to mention this as technically it's an outgoing for the remainder of the contract?
Any help would be appreciated

If you are asked for a complete list of outgoings then yes it should be included.0

They will ask you for all your outgoings (bills, council tax, phone, broadband)- they might even ask you for how much you spend on food, holidays etc.
Debts are a separate thing, as not everyone has them- everyone has to pay bills.0
