HI,
for some reason I have, until now, avoided RC comps.
I just tried one and like it as I can choose how much I want the extra entries to clog up my twitter/facebook etc, but I have a question.....I just clicked on an entry for "follow on Pinterest" and it seemed to give me the entries, however was not actually following them..... so my question is, does the Rafflecopter actually validate that you are doing what you're saying your doing?
thanks in advance!

I don't know about the Rafflecopter checking, but the comp runner can certainly check. They can check that the person drawn as the winner has done all that they have said that they have done to merit the number of entries.Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams

Thanks Sue, I've not come across a "comp runner" as far as I know yet!
Anyone else please?0 -
The 'comp runner' is the person running the comp (eg the blogger). They will check your individual entries so if you say you have done something and haven't then your entry will be void and they will pick another winner. So my advice - do as you are told ie if you are asked to follow then follow, like then like etc!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0

As Bluebella says, the blogger will check.
Rafflecopter will select the winner and the number and you will see how they entered (i.e. followed on twitter). You can then just go to twitter, find the account and see if they are following you - job done"Knowledge will give you power, but character respect" ~ Bruce Lee0 -
I've been doing a couple of Rafflecopter based comps just this week and I'm a bit confused... I've been doing the daily tweets, copying the url of the tweet from twitter, and pasting into RC box, click the 'I tweeted' button, and my entry number goes up by the number of entries it says, but when I go back the next day, my number of entries has dropped back down again? Help please?!!TOP MONEYSAVING TIP

oliveoyl, I am sure if you are tweeting daily and copying and pasting your tweet into the rafflecopter then your entry will be going through so try not to worry. Good luck with the rafflecopters - I love them and they are my favourite type of competition to enter! The bloggers are all so lovely and I have been introduced to some great companies via them!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0

It goes back down because you can have another entry each day, it is telling you how many more entries you can have that day, sometimes there are more than one rafflecopter entries you can do each day.0 -
