Recieved CCA, but is it valid> Bryan Carter ,Lowell

Hi all,
I am a bit confused!! a couple of months ago i requested a CCA agreement and a breakdown of accounts from Bryan Carter solicitors there client being Lowell finance limited. well yesterday i received the CCA which is a photocopy, with my name added on it ( not by me) but no signature from me! is it still valid?? if i never had it in the first place of signed it???

They can supply a reconstituted copy that does not have a signature. That is legal. But they should not make up an agreement and transpose your name on to one when you did not actually take out the aboriginal agreement. the original debt is probably around 7 years ago.0

i would chance it and write back stating you will need to see one with your signature on . always worth a trygoal for 2014....i will manage money better ..must resist shopping..............:A0

did you apply online?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
