things are moving along slowly. Managed to speak to a different person thursday who seemed to know what she was talking about, She is sending a letter to the people holding the charge to show there is no equity left and says they will get in touch with me for a payment plan

Well at least there is movement in the right direction.


But remember that when you have sold up your creditor then has no "security" hold on you anymore and you can tell them to go whistle dixie for their money.

just a quick update on this thread--- well finally sold the house and moved out at the end of June and life feels sooo much much better!!! My advice to any one with a restriction is to make sure your solicitor understands the process involved mine didn't and the advice of the people on here was invaluable in pointing her in the right direction. Once again thankyou to everyone who took the time to help on here..
