Hi all,
I have a bank loan and two credit cards and im in a cycle of paying off the loan bit by bit and meeting the minimum payments on the cards. Im not getting anywhere and I need your advice. I've tried to apply for a credit card so I can transfer the balance from one of them in order to get 0% interest for a few months and I'm going to chat to the bank to try and change my loan repayments.
The loan is 13,000 and on both cards there is 4900. I earn a decent wage but I need help so I can become debt free!

Hi and welcome
We need more info and a good start is a SOA. This is a list of your monthly income and spend and gives us an opportunity for us to suggest ways to reduce your spends and/or increase your income.
If you want to go down this route then I'm sure someone will post the link to the SOA.
Essentially though you need to free up more of your earnings to pay off more debt whilst making every effort to reduce the cost (interest paid) on your debt.
You may be able to make cuts without significantly affecting your lifestyle - most of us have been very wasteful at some point with money. Others on here choose to or have had no choice but to live very, very frugally in order to clear their debts.
You have made a good decision to post on this board though. You will get honest, tried and tested advice that works0 -
