I'm Level 3 and I have 90% I think it includes more variety of tasks as well though.
Member since May 2 2013, upgraded sept (as wasn't do much at the beginning) started Swagging, and then January moved all tasks over here and more started unlocking
good luck Older as well0 -
I have done 641 tasks though only recently moved to doing them on clixsense.

I've tried to file a ticket for an old job as the accuracy is really low and I feel bringing my accuracy down. It's currently 90, but should be higher as I'm more 100% accurate than not, but there's this 75% job that's bringing it down.
I tried to create a ticket, but unlike the ticket from a 'live' job it had a blank job and contributor ID and it wouldn't let me put them in either. I tried to file a ticket via my dashboard and it took me to the help page where I found the create a ticket option. Not sure what to do really. Any advice gratefully received.0 -

It might not let you if the job is too old/closed, but worth a try.
The second option you said is the one I would go for if the job is not live, fill your id and job id in there as well as the message for why you think the task has been marked wrong.0 -

Hi Older_wiser, No... you and I are still in the same leaky boat it seems!I've also wondered if that 0% issue is still lingering.
Reading all the posts with interest though, and am SO glad to see other newbies scoot up the levels so here's hoping CF are making headway.
As for the glitches on site... Here's my input coz there's been a lot of talk about them & i seem to see it differently again to what has been expressed.
The small bit of insight I have into coding (i have close friends and family who work in various areas of IT, including computational linguistics) is that one bit of rogue code can cause issues all over the place- there can be conflicts and problems that are completely unexpected. Parts of a system can get overloaded when things are reorganised to run differently and you can end up with mayhem.
And its not something you can test in theory then release it into the wild in a fully functional, up-and-running state... CF have over 5 million contributors. Yup, that many! You can't know whats going to happen until you actually put it into practice with all those people.
If you're having issues on your account, regardless of what level you're on, its not like they can just review your account for you; find "your" issue and fix it just because you're a high level tasker (or not) ... they have to get to the root cause and sort the kink in the system. And if you've ever looked at a page of computational linguistics its total gibberish!
Its not something that someone in support can do. It's highly, highly specialised. I can't imagine that CF have more than a handful of people in their company capable of dealing with it, and given that they've just initiated a massive overhaul of the very fundamental ways in which CF works... there's going to be issues.
And it's going to take time to understand and resolve those issues.
And some issues might have more priority over others right now which have absolutely nothing to do with priority levels of contributors... like getting the new site design actually fully rolled out because its not fully rolled out yet. The dashboard still says "We will soon be retiring the following badges..." so they're still in that phase of changeover. MANY people haven't been reviewed yet. Until they're up and running the new system to ALL & have moved into the "regular weekly review stage", I wouldn't be expecting instant 'priority' status in support because you have a badge... they're a bit busy trying to keep the website running at all, the clients happy, and the technicians looking for the root cause of issues... on top of that they'll be snowed under with emails to support about the glitches, the lack of tasks, or the lack of badges.
Tasks overall have been few and far between these past two week... and FAR less surveys too. My earnings are half what they were in the first couple of weeks. I strongly suspect they are trying to not overload the system until they've resolved all issues. More data = more issues when something isn't functioning properly.
I honestly think it would be wise to step back and adjust expectations, and find some patience.. coz in the grand scheme of the great money people have made, and are making via CF, whats a couple of weeks of waiting? Stay positive!
There's a lot of us in the same boat with no tasks to do, or with glitches. And I agree with what someone said about everyone being equal to CF. The CF page says " Contributors with Level Badges also receive very quick responses from the Support Team whenever you encounter any issues" ... that reads ALL levels to me, not level 3 get better treatment than level 1. Regardless of whether you've done 5,000 or 20,000 tasks or 50,000 tasks... we're all just ONE person out of 5 MILLION, just a tiny drop in a very large bucket.
Stay positive, thats the crux of it really. It'll get sorted.

I have insight into the way that Crowdflower has worked long term and I know that similar problems to the ones I am experiencing have been resolved, by support, usually within hours. I am aware of what coding problems can cause but not everything on Crowdflower leads back to coding, as has been proved in the past, even if it may seem that way on the surface. When CF test something in Beta mode and these problems get reported they've had more than enough opportunity to get things resolved before letting others use it, that should be the point of a beta test. They don't just bring in new systems and roll them straight out, not often anyway.
Those people that have been waiting 3 weeks to get their level would disagree with you that the new site design and all of that is taking priority, it doesn't seem that way. I've had numerous tickets in the same categories recently and anything with 'level changes' or 'level 3' in the title is basically just being ignored.
Tasks may have been few and far between for you but my friends, VG and lsdno1 (you may notice her on the leaderboard) have still been earning great amounts, also I have 95 tasks listed at present on my tasks list. I just can't access them. The tasks are there and in my opinion CF aren't bothered about holding about work, possibly because that wouldn't make sense to their clients who want results now, hence using crowdsourcing.
I am aware that there are lots of us in the same boat, with no tasks, but some of us have earned the right to have access to the tasks and just can't. Whether that comes across as sour grapes or me thinking I'm better than someone on level 0 I don't really mind, because ultimately I have done the work to get the jobs and slogged away for months, so I shouldn't have to wait 3 weeks for them to sort out a problem that they know about and advised me that they know how to fix. I've got Clixsense getting it sorted for me now and after my accidental ban they got involved, as I am one of their top earners, and as such it is in their interest to help me get my errors sorted by pushing CF for me.
Your post seems to be mainly aimed towards me, with your mention of levels/badges, and I would say to you that for the most part I am a positive person, I am just annoyed, the same way yourselves and others have been about numerous things in the last few months, and I've always had a nice reply to hand back to people. SSI surveys a plenty right now!
One on biometrics - Was DQd after a question about a yearly fee for something (won't give away details just incase it is a breach of any T&Cs I have signed lol).
One for contact lens wearers - Very straight forward, took me under 5 minutes.
One on video games - the usual one about new/upcoming/already owned games.
2 x 67C Toluna ones, both on a host of different things (seemingly). Made it through bothThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
