  • Thanks Katy, I decided to go for it :)
A question about clixgrid, I normally only do the 20 to get the daily bonus, is it really worth clicking 60?

    Well done.

    In a nutshell no.

These are the cold hard facts.. The difference between 20 and 60 clicks a day is 200 seconds, plus the time to open each one. So let's assume 240 seconds (if you're super fast) a day, that's 4 minutes a day, or 1,460 minutes a year. That's 24 1/3 hours.

I click 20 times a day, pretty much always, the difference between myself and a member whose been lucky and has won $1 a couple of times as well as a fair few 50 cents and clicks 60 times a day is around $7 ish. So that's £4.20. That means every hour of time is worth approximately 18p.

Realistically it takes longer than 6 seconds to open each one. Regardless of whether you did a survey, wrote a post on Bubblews or something else in that time you could definitely make more than 18p an hour doing it. But some people enjoy clicking and having that slim chance at $5 or $10. I'm not one of them :rotfl:

I get bored to tears with that click thing, only do it so i get my daily bonus. Think im gonna just start doing 20 and leave it at that!

I thought CF had changed things so that the number on the right was the number of that particular task you could do before hitting the limit. I just did the lego idea task, and it had 7 beside it, only I got the "you have completed your work" after I had only did one.

This has happened on various other tasks, so I guess this is another of their great ideas that doesn't actually work.

Oh and I also got right to the end of a "give us your 2 cents" survey on new ideas but it didn't pay, so beware of that one.

I'm firmly in the 'only do clixgrid 20 times for the daily bonus' camp - the rate of pay for actually doing them is far too low (roughly a tenth of that of normal ads and they're bad enough!).

I only usually do the 20 clicks, unless I'm not doing anything else on the computer, but then I'm watching the swagbucks tv videos instead as they earn you a small amount.
  • I've just upgraded to premium too :)
