    You best bet will be to just send Clixsense a helpdesk ticket. They usually reply within the hour.

    What browser are you using? You should be able to look into the extensions for the specific browser you're using and see what AdBlock or similar program you could have stopping the adverts.

    Sorry I can't offer more help, sadly it isn't something that is easily fixed. I know that Clixsense tend to just be able to sort things out right away.:)

    Hi katy my browser is firefox and im using mac mini?, its bugging me has i wanna earn more, p.s did a survey today so have you seen its gone in;)

    I'm not sure what to suggest as I don't know much about Macs unfortunately.

    Stupid question maybe but have you tried googling it? Another idea might be to ask on the Clixsense forums as they're quite helpful sometimes.

    I logged on to CF yesterday to look at my job history, and lo and behold, there was a flag, from the Create descriptions for images task from several months ago. Obviously I raised a ticket immediately, pointing out that not only was I unaware of any problems with this long ago task, but that I had been repeatedly bonused for good work on it, and that I was baffled as to why I had been given a flag.

    This morning I got a message: 'After thorough review, it has been determined you have been inappropriately flagged for this Job. As a result, your flag will be removed from your Job History Page. Please wait for your statistics to update within the next 24 hours. Thank you for your cooperation.'

    OK, so all is well, but the fact remains that the flagging system is ridiculous. Imagine if, as a driver, any random road user was allowed to ban you from driving and you had to appeal to the police to get it reversed!

    If task authors keep flagging inappropriately they shouldn't be allowed to do it. At the very least, it should be CF that approves flags/bans, allowing it to be done by third parties is ludicrous. Why should I go to the effort, and get a load of stress, from someone else's mistake, with no comeback?

    To be fair, taskers should be allowed to flag authors for crappy tasks and worse test questions, so that they aren't allowed to put forward any more tasks until they have begged forgiveness!!

    Rant over......... back to work!

    I completely agree with you Ed and I've said so to Cf before. Sadly it happens all too often! I know it's happened to MnR too I think twice ! Both times unfairly. Absolutely ridiculous!
