Hi Katy.
I was on Level 1, I have never been on level 2, but when I had the notification that my level had been taken away, it stated level 2 had been taken away. each time my level ha been taken it says level 2 has been taken away.

Well Michael just got back to me, he said that he has lifted the flag for that job, really unsure why it went on, but who am I to question them! lol, should be back to normal within 48 hours.
Meanwhile I have done o.k with the surveys.
