This happens quite often, they go from 11:55pm to 00:55am, then 01:55am then sometimes they miss a day or two, come back and then end up back at 11:55pm. This happens once or twice throughout the year, not got a clue why though :rotfl:

On a side note, submitted a ticket regarding a survey that froze last week, and was told I wouldn't be paid. Logged on yesterday evening to find they'd decided to pay me after all

Never thought I'd see the day were I've now went a week without an SSI survey, haven't even seen one one never mind actually completing one.

Really struggling with the surveys atm, I'm mainly just tasking now.

Have a look at the statistics for Opinion World/SSI surveys. Not a single one completed by anyone in the UK for a week. Suggests something fairly major is up.
