Tried the exact same survey last night OW.
After installing the 3d shopper I was quite excited thinking this is a cool way to shop. Anyhow it slowed my laptop down so much I couldnt do anything on any page for ages. So left it for awhile. The shopping basket didnt work anyway.
So all in all a really bad piece of software/survey.
I ended up X'ing out after about an hour, not wanting to give up my hard fought earnings, but it wasnt going anywhere quick. Cant remember the software now, else id uninstall it.

Ps @Olly, I tried the shopping survey, but I couldn't even get the thing downloaded so I gave up.

I did the shopping survey too, it worked ok though rather slowly, but like others, I got a message saying that it wasn't available any longer once I'd finished it. Difficult to know what to do, as you have no 'proof' at this stage.

This has been my worst ever survey day, apart from Sundays that is. I've had 1 PL to do and that's it. No idea what is up with SSI, one yesterday and none today, so far. Very strange how they have dried up.
