BT are so rubbish at fixing anything quick.
Ps what is the fb BT page called?
Go into fb and just search BT and it should be the first on the list. Click on the comments of the last article BT posted and you will see the amount of people its affected. BT have set up there FB page so that other than commenting on articles they post, you can't post to the page.0 -

What on earth is wrong with the BT website ? Everything takes an ages like trying to access my account.
To me it looks all the symptoms of the infrastructure lagging behind what the sales force has sold.
Response time is atrocious , what is the point of selling Infinity when the performance of the main site is worse than Dialup.
Come BT sort yourselves out quickly.0 -
Is it just a coincidence that at the same time as BT goes down CF does too perhaps they use BT to host some of the servers but why they would do that when they are an american based company i'm not sure.
although nowadays i think if one part of the net goes down others do too. just thinking out loud as no idea if there is a link at all.0 -

This is great but, I might be a bit sleepy on this one, how are they getting an extra 40% on your daily bonus here ? I don't see it.0 -
I think if its BT related it'll be fixed later today if not sooner hopefully
lots of people complaining so they will have the engineers onto fix it.
if its Cf related they don't work weekends so will there be anyone there to fix it you'd think any business would have a 24hr recovery team but it wouldn't suprise me to find that CF don't.0
