Lol Yes katy I did get the generic reply.

I am having all sorts of issues, items not crediting, I want to know about my level and why everyone under the sun is moving up aside from me, I cant remember the other.

I like Michael, he said he would credit me, lol.

The problem is not the wait, after I complained on here the other day, I stopped putting in tickets in and decided to wait since you said it takes 3 months, mine has been 5-6 days at most.

It's the randomness of answers.

When you moved up level last time was it done automatically or did they have to do it for you manually?

My accuracy has been doing funny things as well. It was stuck on 89% for a while, until a week ago I checked and it was down to 82%:eek:

Up to 84% now, but I'm not sure what's going on, I honestly don't think I could have got so many test questions wrong to drop like that, but then again, there have been a lot of dodgy test questions all over the place lately.

In that case when you meet the next criteria (which they keep claiming they are going to make more transparent to all of us) it should update automatically in 24 hours. That could be why they are ignoring you as they have nothing else to say. They aren't very forthcoming with that sort of thing and tend to just write a few comments on their blog or Facebook to let people know not to write in about it or whatever.

There are a few changes coming soon, including this (below) that may be slowing down you levelling up until after they implement that. Would be courteous of them just to send you a reply saying as much!

As promised, we are working towards making the requirements for Leveling Up clearer to you. As a means to keep you up-to-date on the changes we are making, we would like to inform you that we will be moving towards a new Accuracy computation throughout the next few days.

Currently, the only Jobs that are included in the calculation of your overall Accuracy (displayed on your Contributor Dashboard) are those titled as “CrowdFlower Official Jobs” (Jobs that have been created directly by the CrowdFlower Team). In Quiz Mode, your answers are included in the calculation only when you pass it.

The first step towards our new Accuracy computation is that we will calculate your Accuracy based on your responses to CrowdFlower Jobs created by anyone on our platform.

We are working diligently towards being more transparent with your Accuracy and how to earn your way into Leveled Crowds. Expect more details to come over the next few weeks. We will make sure to keep you notified throughout this process and we humbly ask for your patience during this time.

This most likely explains the changing accuracy for people, especially for anyone who has not been tasking!

Well they need to hurry up! they are well annoying! what do they want blood? for a level?

I'm a bit frustrated with it all I suppose, but I don't want to keep banging on about it here. I have so much more to type on this subject, ive just erased a whole rant, if within 2 months they haven't changed my levels then I intend to give up, i''l be starting my part time job soon. im not going to say anymore about this.

I don't think it is intentional, just that they have a small support team and contributors from over 200 countries who have completed over 1 billion tasks. Obviously there are lots of !!!!ed off people writing in, like I did myself at one time, someone then pointed out to me (here I think) the same thing I'm saying, and I realised it was just dragging me down thinking about how !!!!!! they were being and how I couldn't change it. Eventually I gave up, tried to be grateful for what I got, did other things such as surveys elsewhere and what not and when last week (only last week!) they finally got things sorted I was just glad to be making some extra money again.

If you want to rant you can, it is a free forum, just expect people (not me I might add) to come here and whine about you ranting which is what I experienced. But then really no-one really wants to read negativity lots.

Good luck with your part time job, is it something exciting/interesting? I used to work part-time, I quite enjoyed getting out and about but health doesn't really allow all the time now. Hope things go well for you.

Katy that's Exactly Why I no longer want to talk about it, its negativity I don't need, If they made the definition of levels clearer I wouldn't complain at all, just merely work towards that goal, but when you see people are going up levels and you have the same accuracy or test questions or whatever the case may be, you start to wonder why you haven't also moved up, don't get me wrong im happy for those that have levelled up, somebody has got to and you may as well snatch as much money as you can from it all!

But alas, my part time job is a mystery shopping gig, but its regular work, so I can pick and choose the hours I want, so I can fit fit it around college and the other stuff I do, which is great, because I no longer enjoy working directly underneath anybody and like the freedom I have day to day, like today, I done the sentiment tasks, then left to do some audits and mystery shopping, leaving the house when I wanted to and in no particular rush, or feeling under pressure that I mustn't be late, even had tea and cake in john lewis! lol. I like this life.
