It means you need to pass 4 out of 5 of the questions in order to get on to the task.

If you do only 3 out of 5, then you fail the task and cannot continue.

I would think that sentence was self explanatory to be honest!

I know people ask questions when new but blimey.

Try Google Translate, I found the task was just about doable through that, though you need to select multiple categories if necessary.
