Just so everyone knows, this works if you already have an account too. Just hit the login button on the order page, then apply the promotional code after you've logged in.

    Just looked at mine online.

*bump for those that haven't seen it*
  • Amazingly, Equifax is the only report I cant get access to, money aside on this one I am at a loss on how to order my report, I get the call the help desk message each time I try, and I have a feeling that it may be an address conflict with royal mail/their system.

Does anyone know if there is anyway of obtaining a bog standard report when you get refused online for the online or postal report? No need for bells and whistles and a shiny number to define me, it seems futile trying to get my report from them.

I know it can't be that bad as nothing on there has hindered my applications but I still want to see it.

Had mine way back when the £20 Topcashback incentive was launched , great free credit report, I sorted out one hidden untrue piece of information on my credit score BUT STILL WAITING FOR MY £20.
Still on reflection I got my credit report sorted out free.

The untrue information on your 'credit score' being your 'credit score' obviously

I did this and it asked me if I want to re-order, yes or no (I've paid for the £2 one before). If I press yes will it charge me? There's nowhere to put in the code.
  • Scratch that, all is ok, pressed yes and the promo code box was on the next page
