My partner needs form SA302 for a mortgage application.
The broker needs to know details of earnings for the last year
She's been in self employment for 14 months.
It's a silly question but the form details income/tax etc for the current year but as she hasn't filed her self assessment for this year, what will the SA302 actually show??
Sorry for being a bit confused!!

She won't have an sa302 if she hasn't filled in a tax return yet. Get it filled ASAP at the end of the tax year., 6th April you can file if your all set up online.0

You can also file backdated returns for previous years. You need to call HMRC and explain that you want to do so. You then have to do this by printing off and sending in the forms. Im told it could take 5 weeks though.0

She should be able to obtain a SA302 for 12/13 and it will have, assuming she was employed previously, her employed and self-employed earnings for the tax year until 5 April 2013.
This assumes she declared her self-employed earnings for the final part of the year when she became self-employed.
She wont be able to obtain such for 13/14 until after the end of the current tax year on 5 April 2014.I am a mortgage broker.
