Where do I stand with this?

Ok so I have won a competition to meet Nina nesbitt and go to her concert in Amsterdam. I am leaving for manchester tomorrow and fly to amsterdam on sunday. I have all my flight and accommodation confirmation (so i can get there) but i don't have any concert information. The guy from the company i won it from told me to do all the organising when I get there, he said it's all still up in there and gave me her managers phone number and said ring him when you arrive. I don't arrive till quite late, plus it's gonna cost me a fortune to ring off my mobile in another country. Surely if they;ve been trying to get hold of her manager to organise it and can't, then there's a high chance I won't be able to either
So where would I stand if I couldn't get into the concert or meet her? Because technically i still would have got to amsterdam, but the prize really was her concert and meet and greet.
What should I do?

I'd ring the manager and say you'r enot happy about going all that way without concrete details,Ring him tonight x

Maybe just plan on enjoying Amsterdam and if you get the concert see it as a bonus, that way you wont be dissapointed too much, If they do let you down, sort it out with the IPM when you get back x

Oh he has just replied now via email and said he will send me the details tomorrow so fingers crossed

Bitterzoet is only a five minute walk from centraal station. As for using your mobile,just use a kiosk if you need to phone.

Theres a million things to do in the dam, that dont even cost a tenner, the nightlife is outstanding and suits every type of persons preference.

I say stuff that concert and REALLY enjoy the dam!!!

As long as you trust them to have arranged the hotel and flights, like others, I say go and if you get a concert great, if not, you'll have had a fab city break
