8. The prize does not include any travel insurance, meals other than those stated or any other expenses and must be taken in full by 01.11.14

9. All elements of the prize package are subject to date availability, subject to change, are weather dependent and are subject to all prize fund provider standard operator terms and conditions. Not available on public holidays and Xmas-New Year period. Further date exclusions may apply.

10. No cash or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part. Unless otherwise agreed with the Promoter, the prize will be awarded directly to the winner. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.

11. One winner will be drawn within 7 days of the closing date at random under independent supervision from all entries received, and will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Prize must be claimed within 28 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize and the prize will be awarded to an alternative winner drawn at the same time as the original.

13. Prize winner will not be required to participate in publicity.
