    Your husband does not therefore mean this criteria.

    It could be that the L&C adviser has already spoken to CBS and cleared this with them.

    Knowing CBS - I doubt it.

  • Phone is working perfectly as I've had lots of other calls. And anyway if they for some reason couldn't get through they could have sent an email, a message on their tracking system, or a text.
