Just received an email from Catalyst Housing who are the Help to Buy Agent for Bucks, Berks, Oxon and Milton Keynes.
They will not be accepting any further help to buy applications after Monday as there will be a new Help to Buy Agent.
The new provider has not yet been named!

Yes, they all went for tender again. They will swap over on the 1st but all cases will be dealt with by the current agents for applications that have already been submitted. The details on the Help to Buy website will show the new agents from the 1st.0

I've just found the new providers on the Homes & Communities Agency website. It looks like there is a lot of change next week!0 -
Buckinghamshire Pilgrims website didn't work when I was in there last night.
I emailed a PIF & Res to Catalyst yesterday and got an email back saying they are doing no new cases after March 25, so we have to wait until 1st for it to be done by BPHA.
In the Midlands, Orbit has retained the West and given up Eastern England and won the East Midlands.
It's been a bit like a election. Catalyst lose Milton Keynes (although to be fair they decided not to bid) Orbit holds West Mids. loses Eastern England and gains East Mids.I am a mortgage broker. We got used to Catalyst and had a good relationship with the Contract Manager, Clive Gorton.
He helped us out in a number of ways and I'm sorry we won't be working with him in future...I am a mortgage broker.
