First time posted on here - but any advice would be appreciated .
I own a development / construction company and as you can imagine things are tight .Managed to just about finish 3 large houses - one of being specifically built for my family .
Sold own house approx 4 months ago and used the £150k left finish build ( all through solicitors ).Unfortunately need approx .£480 k mortgage to purchase my house - it will be worth approx. £700 k.-however as I have scrimped on my own wages to finish build cannot get sufficient mortgage to now get mortgage !( I could just sell house I realise but sold last house we were perfectly happy in for our dream home - would get divorced if suggested this ).
I am going to pay myself a sufficient salary from new financial year i.e.April 2014 - but ideally wanted to know peoples advice and whether it was worth looking into a short term - 6 month - bridging loan until I can demonstrate pay slips .(I have tried also to get mortgage through Virgin which is a bit more flexible on company earnings etc but still failed !).
Regards Charlie

If you have finished 3 large houses including the house built for your family why do you want £480k to purchase it?0

My apologies for this - my one-year-old son got his hands on my keyboard and posted a load of gibberish. Ignore my post, please
