There is going to be a generation of people that think this is the norm. They are in for a shock when rates return closer to the long term average of 7%.
So 4.98% over 10 year would have been a sensible option when the average for the previous ten years was 7%
Shame we dont all have the same crystal ball.
I can't help thinking that maybe we should put the Food Standard Agency in charge of the finance sector.0 -
