Glad you enjoyed her:T:T:T
:mad::mad::mad: about M6 actually did hear it on the radio i think wasnt it an accident?
Mr TS said he thought maybe it was, he read something about overturned lorry. I phoned him this morning to check all ok to drive back.
I usually take the M6 toll when I go up straight from home, but when I eventually got on it there were loads of roadworks too so 50 mph, that didn't help either. :eek:0 -

Brilliant thanks bubbs. She is a very funny lady.
Shame can't say the same about the drive to take DD2 back.
Had to play game of almost bumper cars to get out of NIA and onto ring road and then couldn't get onto M6 as it was shut in so had to detour through residential areas, had to head to I think Walsall. Sat nav was going mental, did one roundabout 3 times.
And then when we eventually got on M6 it was shut from the junction before DD2's turn off so off on another detour.
1 hour journey turned into 2, spoilt the evening a bit. Didn't get to bed until 1am.
DD2 was relieved she had caught train down and not driven herself as said she would have had to negotiate all the diversions on her own.
Was there anyone else in your seats when you got there? I am guessing not, the first lot of tickets will probably turn up next year :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Why? You knew that should be vs T:(.
Watch my shopping come off the rails and switch to somewhere else soon - I tried to include items that looked like they had been on offer in Sains. for 2 or 3 days rather than just one day - the 'one day' things can come later as looks like there are quite more good ones vs S now, and vs T/M on others:T but watch the wheels come off!:rotfl:
Right, I have scanned the price of every item in Morrisons into my memory-bank mind:D. (:rotfl:) It's the White Tin Loaf at (or versus:D) 65p for M, not the Tiger Bread. The Tiger Bread is £1.30:eek:. I'm not saying 'eek' there, it's just there as a visual symbol this time.
Normally I do well on regular pricing:( rather than reduced to clears, but I did notice there were some 'kitchen accessory' items on RTC - Savers 2 Knives at 48p all in (sadly none left in my store) and Cookie crumble thingies:o at 18p - I think they're like wooden-spoon type things, sorry not making much sense:o:o:rotfl:. Again none left for me.
I ended up getting more than what I went in to get:(:(. The assistant on the self-service must have thought I was very strange - I had around five cancellations during my shopping:eek:. Some item was now on full pricing and no longer on hidden mbuy (an mbuy that isn't shown on the shelving):(, so they went back. The Schwartz ground cloves that did show 48p for M on msm.co.uk and then went N/A have still been available instore and showing 48p on the SEL for me - this time I took them to the scanner and yes it is scanning through at 48p. That went back too as just a test!
Then I got a potato peeler, as ours at home has disappeared (probably lost under the bed or somewhere:() - wanted a Challenge 25 approval doing for that, unbelievably obviously too sharp a blade:rotfl:.
Then the Savers 4 pack Minced Beef pies (frozen) went through at £1 rather than the large 66p RTC pricing displayed in the store. So the SA dealt with that:o. I know we got the S/P ones in Mr A cheaper than that - they weren't v.good IMO but 66p to me for the M "Saver" ones now isn't that bad in my view. Possible that SP Minced Beef & Onion Pies 4x120g frozen pack will compare vs 66p for M, although as mine scanned at £1 tonight...?!?
More coming up later - possibly tonight, possibly tomorrow - I think it's time to get some details retrieved from AvsT, AvsS and AvsM as the price changeovers (for T and S at least) are now about a day in. Let you know something later, as and when I get to it!:)0 -
