haven't seen mentioned...
clicksnap has the offer as well (also Fairy and others) and you don't pay the fees (if you are a basic member); or you can claim the offers twice - one receipt for CS, another one for COS
Thanks, but not on the clicksnap available to me. Mostly just pennies but great if I am buying it anyway.0 -

I can't remember who it was who suggested (yesterday or day before) that I get a house insurance quote from my existing provider in my DH's name. They said they switched back and forth between them and other half every year. Anyway, I've done that - the quote is cheaper cos legal and home emergency comes free for the first year and, if it tracks, there is a £47 cash back !
So, thank you very much for the tip.
Me, you are welcome! We went for eSure too this year for the free legal and home emergency, plus cashback . I am considering claiming on the Home Emergency policy for a plumber to look at our boiler as the pilot light keeps going out . Does anyone know if this would affect the buildings or contents do you think? When is an emergency not an emergency ... probably need to read the policy but it does mention boilers breaking down!
I recently took out a new car insurance policy with my old insurer as a new policy for the cashback and it was cheaper too ... identical details (as car insurance) apart from email address. They are insisting on sending proof of no claims, so I am having to send them a copy of their own renewal letter :rotfl:. You would think their system would pick this up!

Just reading about people taking copies of their passport on holiday. I have always done that, and I actually keep copies on my email too. Of course my son thought that was all nonsense and did not want to take a copy of his passport on holiday, said there was no need.
Anyway, on his first holiday away with mates (at the age of about 17) he cashed some travellers cheques then left his bag on the beach which they went to get lunch. Surprise surprise it was gone when they returned. He rang in all of a panic saying he should have taken a copy of his passport with him, I then informed him that he had and it was tucked into the top zip of his suitcase:D He had to go to Barcelona (he went to Salou) to get a temporary passport which was much simplified by a forward thinking mum that knew her son only too well (as he said when he got back) :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
